Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. All rentals are subject to FL state tax.
Travel Insurance
We offer the All Season Travel Plan by Travel Guard. The cost is 7% of the rental total, it must be ordered at the time of booking.
Rental Deposits
At the time of rental your credit card will be charged 50% of the rental fee. This will hold your rental. The 50% balance will be charged 30 days prior to your arrival. We do offer trip insurance which will cover your 50% deposit in the event you cannot make the vacation - please call for further information.
