Cleaning is an additional $175. The pool can be heated for an additional $200 per week. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. All rentals are subject to FL state tax.
Rental Deposits
At the time of rental your credit card will be charged 50% of the rental fee. This will hold your rental. The 50% balance will be charged 30 days prior to your arrival. We do offer trip insurance which will cover your 50% deposit in the event you cannot make the vacation - please call for further information.
