Wow! What a place! This beach house stay was perfect for our family. My husband and I took our two young children (2 year old and 3.5 year old) there for a long spring weekend. The house was very accommodating for our family. With the large open living space on the main floor, big kitchen and bedrooms adjoining, we felt very comfortable in the home with our children. The pool's security fence eased our concerns while spending time outside.
We enjoyed beautiful days and evenings at the beach and early mornings in the heated pool. Watching the sunset over the dunes from the front porch was an added bonus. The location is great to many area attractions and the access to the beach is easy. We highly recommend staying in this home.

What an experience it was staying at Touloose Mongoose! The house is spacious with large comfortable and CLEAN rooms. The decor is simple but elegant. The view of the ocean from the balcony of the master bedroom is an experience!!! We unwound each day at the pool deck and enjoyed a splash in the warm cozy pool. A perfect getaway from the hussle and bustle of everyday life. The pristine beach and white sands were more than therapeutic, especially for our 81-year-old dad. We will definitely go back to Touloose Mongoose, hopefully in 09 summer!

I stayed at Toulouse Mongoose for a week, and loved every minute of it. The house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, and it is located in an area in which there are many options for activities. I hope to stay there again, as soon as I can arrange another trip to the Destin area.

This is my third stay at the Touloose Mongoose and I really love it. It is a very quick walk to the beach and to the Red Bar which has great food and night life. The house is large and comfortable. The big front porch and pool area are both great for socializing. The kitchen works well for several people to collaborate on a meal. I enjoyed the small balcony off the upstairs master as a quiet spot to read in privacy. Having been to a lot of beaches in the world, this one is definitely one of the best.

I have had the fortune to spend two weeks at the Mongoose. The first week was the perfect family getaway. The house is very kid friendly, the pool is perfect and the sunset is remarkable. My wife wont stop talking about our next trip down. Oh yeah- the shopping and restaurants were a big hit with her and her sisters! My second trip down was with a group of friends from school. The Mongoose is a great home base for all the fishing and golf you can get your arm around. Overall- great location and property. The pictures do not do it justice!

I just wanted to send a quick thank you e-mail regarding our stay at your fabulous beach house in Grayton Beach. We were looking for a beach house big enough for two families with plenty of room for the children to play. We found that at the Touloose Mongoose beach house. The house has obviously been decorated by a designer giving it that beachy feel. The pool outside was a perfect size - not too small like some of the pools we seen before. The walk to the beach was very easy and only took a couple of minutes. We rented some beach chairs that were set-up for us when we arrived.

The actual location of Grayton Beach could not of been better, we found it not to be too busy like other coastal resorts - just like the beach vacations from years ago. We did make side trips to the outlets at Destin (30 minutes away) and Seaside which was a 3 minutes drive or quick bicycle ride. Rosemary Beach was a 15 minute drive east on scenic highway 30A.

Overall we greatly enjoyed our weeks vacation at the Tooloose Mongoose beach house and hope to make it back again next year.

After a truly wonderful holiday spent staying at your beautiful beach villa my wife and I feel compelled to write to you. As a visitor from Virginia we immediately fell in love with the local area and all it has to offer and were very surprised to find the location totally unspoilt. We found that the villa had everything we could have wished for, with comfortable air-conditioned spacious accommodation offering every modern amenity, a true home from home, plus the pool, which we really enjoyed. We also found that the close proximity of the villa to both the beach and the State Park a real bonus.
