Top Floor:
Master Bedroom with private en suite bathroom, king size bed & TV. Private deck with ocean view.

Main Floor:
Deck with ocean view, fully equiped kitchen, dining area, living room, one bathroom, two bedrooms. First bedroom with queen size bed & TV, second bedroom with two twin beds & TV.

Lower Floor:
TV area with pull out sofa, one bathroom, one bedroom with two bunk beds (sleep 4 people)

Beach Access

The Touloose Mongoose beach is three houses back from the ocean. There is a beach walk 75 feet from the back door of the house. It typically takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach. Beach chair rentals are available locally. This is easy access for all the family.

Pool

The pool is fenced with high locks. The pool area has four lounge chairs and a lunch table and chairs. There is a shaded area next to the pool. The pool can be heated for an additional $150. We use an outside company for frequent pool cleaning.

Family / Children:

The house is idea for families with children. In the storage area there are child gates to fence off the deck exit and stairs. Baby equipment and bikes can be rented locally - we would be happy to provide referral information to these companies.

Decks / Beach Views:

There is a large front porch with stunning Gulf and Grayton Dune park views. There is also a deck from the master bedroom with spectacular beach views.

Touloose Mongoose is located in beautiful Grayton Beach, FL. Grayton Beach is on highway 30A just 3 miles west of Seaside. The Touloose Mongoose beach house is three houses back from the ocean. Ocean views can be seen from both the main and top level decks.
